Hi,
I've had trouble getting started with the Hacker's Diet, though I've had great success with it in the past. decided to give myself a 31 day challenge during 2012 October.
The challenge:
Each day keep a food diary recording the calories and protein of everything I eat. For situations where I can't get that information I will not eat another meal until I feel mild stomach hunger again.
I've had good luck posting daily achievements where people can read it so here goes ....
So far I've done this since the first of October
So I have completed 4 days of the 31 HD Challenge.
4/31, 27 days to go.
