In search of the best diets.
It is suggested to follow the 'season group', based with the
third group, for being in season.
The foods are arrange in order of preference.

There are nine classes of water for consumption:

distilled water, snow water, rainwater .... and the last hard water.

I guess that water is best when it is soft, the link you posted is ver
helpful. But I am not sure about the distilled water debate - I don'
know, but I think the process of destillation does take the salts whic
are also essential for the body away. It does not mean that the water i
less healthy, but it lacks some things which need to be substitute
then
