In search of the best diets.
It is suggested to follow the 'season group', based with the
fourth group, for being in season.
The foods are arrange in order of preference.

I can say that you are right and your suggestions are great but the onl
problem that I encounter is that in many 'friv
(http://www.frivboom.com) markets you cannot find all the products tha
you recommend to use. I can tell that from my own experience, and it`
hard to find something to suply the same energetic value

I can say that you are right and your suggestions are great but the only problem that I encounter is that
in many 'friv' (http://www.frivboom.com) markets you cannot find all the products that you recommend to
use. I can tell that from my own experience, and it`s hard to find something to supply the same energetic
value.
Various diets have nothing to do with the energy value.
Diets are based on what you choose to consider more pleasant.
