For brain fitness and alertness all day long, we drink water. Stress, exercise, eating, breathing, talking, concentrating, etc. use up the water in our bodies, sometimes resulting in oxygen depletion. Scientists tell us that a glass of water restores oxygen to our brains within several seconds by an increase factor of at least x10 and frequently as much as x100!
