Eating a wide variety of fresh vegetable is one of the most effectiv
way to reduce the risk of colon cancer.Eat lot of green leafy vegetable
which contain vitamins A,B, C iron Root vegetable like carrot
beet,Garlic, onions. Eating a low fat diet is also important i
preventing colon cancer.Avoid taking saturated fats or limited taking o
saturated fat like eggs,dairy products.Intake of healthy fats like oliv
oil, nuts, seeds & avocado sis good for health

I would love to say health benefits are my primary motivation, but
mainly want to look hot and feel the exercise high. The health benefit
are a great secondary effect, though.

I would love to say health benefits are my primary motivation, but
mainly want to look hot and feel the exercise high. The health benefit

This research has me curious to actually read the study about th
effects of eating vegetables to prevent colon and 'prostate cancer
(http://iuhealthprotontherapy.org). Now, I have always heard tha
eating healthy and maintaining a fit and active lifestyle show
positive results during cancer treatments. I do not know if I ca
believe that there is a sure fire way to prevent cancer. I personall
try to exceed the daily recommended portions for my fruits an
vegetables. They are great snacks during the work day

We all know that Cancer is a Hereditary. One of the person I know i
really careful and really on Diet to avoid Cancer, because it is reall
possible that He can have it too just like his Mom and Dad, his Dad wa
died last 2 years ago due to Colon Cancer, that's why my friend alway
conscious in eating. He is a vegetarian and I think he really wants t
avoid Colon Cancer. I just admire him because being a Vegetarian is no
an easy one, but him, He really loves Vegetables specially Carrots an
some green leafy vegetables
