Hi all,

I am determined to reduce my weight. Especially my belly is a problem
But it is not yet a health problem for me, rather a vanity problem

I think you should first concentrate to your diet and also do som
exercise daily. Make sure that you take low fated food and also avoid t
eat fast food. Because it is rich in fat and carbs. In exercise,
suggest to do cycling and swimming
