What Are The Top 4 Diets

The Atkins Diet

The Atkins diet is very a low-carbohydrate diet. If we reduce the
amount of carbs and eat more protein and fat, our bodies will
naturally lose weight by burning our stored body fat a lot more
efficiently. The problem with the Atkins diet is that because the body
is burning its own fat, depending on what you eat it can have a few
unpleasant side effects in some people such as bad breath and
constipation. And with such a restricted diet, where you are eating a
very limited amount of fruit and vegetables and quite simply just pure
protein and saturated fats, you are increasing your risk of heart
disease and some cancers...

Unless you read the book and follow the directions.

And starting under two weeks in without hunger. Lack of hunger during
the weight loss phase is probably the biggest advantage that low carbing
has. Some people are never hungry while low fatting but it's a
minority. Maybe 20-30% of the population? Some people are never hungry
after the first week or two of low carbing. Maybe 30-40% of the
population. No plan works for everyone but low carbing works for at
least as many as low fatting.

Some people who have never been plugged confuse being nearly empty with
being plugged. Not the same thing. You'll also note that complaints
about bad breath seem to think that no diet plan in the world lasts
longer than two weeks. Try to lose 30+ pounds in under two weeks.

Unless you read the book and follow the directions. People who read the
book and follow the directions typically end up eating far more veggies
than they ever did before and they keep doing so either forever or until
they decide to quit and gain it all back.
